WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

  • FREE SHIPPING - Tracking is not guaranteed. No return/no exchanges.
  • SECURED SHIPPING($9.95 Shipping Fee) - Full refund/replacement of product for lost,damaged and/or incorrect. Refund will only be for the price of the item.

    HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME?

    • The processing time takes a maximum of seven days. For customers residing in USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand, shipping takes 21-40 days. Other countries may take 21-60 days.
    • Delays may occur due to unforeseen events. This means it can take an additional 1-2 weeks in the delivery time.

      CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

      • If you don't want to risk your orders being delayed, let us know within 12 hours of your purchase that you want to cancel. Canceling your order after the said time period will not be entertained. Also, please note that we can't cancel your order when it's already shipped.

          HOW WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?

          • We use 3rd party couriers to deliver orders and you should be aware that there's a small percentage of orders getting lost and getting delayed. If you purchase with us you understand that there's risk of parcels getting lost. We only refund orders that have proof that they were not received.
          • We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders and if the website states that your order was delivered then we will go by it. Only when the state, city or zip code from your tracking number is not consistent with your inputted shipping details, we will offer the refund. No exceptions.

           

          REFUND POLICY

          Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable.

          We always strive to make your return experience hassle free and handle your return in the most timely fashion possible.

          CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
          • If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within seven days from the delivered date. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
          • We only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
          • For Secured Shipping we only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the product is incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customers.hiporange@gmail.com before you send the item back.
          • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
          • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

          WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

          • For secured shipping orders and regular priced items, our policy lasts seven days from the date of receipt. Once the period passes, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
          • We require photographs or videos demonstrating the problem. It is to be sent to us via email. If you can't prove the problem then we will not issue a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
          • Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and some health and personal care items.
            CAN I GET A REFUND IF I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON SALE?
            • Only items bought on Secured Shipping and regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

            WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

            • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
            • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.

            IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A PARTIAL REFUND?
            Partial refund is possible only in these situations:

            • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
            • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

            Shipping costs are non-refundable. No exemptions. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
            Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ask us for the return address.
